Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the Plast3D online store (hereinafter: the provider) and the customer when ordering on-demand 3D printing services and products offered in the online store. The online store is operated by ADITUM, trgovsko, proizvodno in storitveno podjetje, d.o.o., Puštal 132, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia.
These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and agree to them.
1. General
The online store allows products to be ordered in two ways:
- Custom printing (print to order): the customer uploads their own 3D model (e.g. STL, STEP, 3MF), selects the material, color and parameters, and the system calculates the production price.
- Product catalog: purchase of ready-made products from our range.
The provider manufactures on its own automated 3D printing (FDM) production line. The materials offered are typically PLA, PETG, ASA and TPU, with engineering materials (e.g. PC or PA-CF) also available by arrangement.
2. Ordering process and conclusion of the contract
- The customer selects a product or uploads a model and specifies the material, color and quantity.
- The system displays the price including VAT and the estimated delivery cost.
- The customer confirms the order and selects a payment method.
- The provider confirms the order by sending a confirmation email to the address provided by the customer.
The contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider sends the order confirmation to the customer. From that moment, the prices and other terms of the order are fixed for both parties. The contract (order) is stored by the provider in electronic form.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT). Prices do not include delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific order; delivery costs are shown to the customer before the order is placed.
The price of custom production is calculated based on the properties of the uploaded model (material consumption, print time, selected material and color, any post-processing). The provider reserves the right to change prices in the online store; for orders already confirmed, the price confirmed at the time the order was placed applies.
4. Payment methods
The customer makes payment using one of the methods available during the ordering process. Available methods: prepayment by bank transfer (UPN), cash on delivery, and credit/debit card.. Custom-made goods are generally produced after payment has been received or confirmed.
5. Delivery times
The estimated production and dispatch time is usually 2–5 working days from order confirmation or receipt of payment, depending on the complexity and scope of the order and the availability of materials. For larger or more demanding orders, this period may be extended; in that case, the provider will inform the customer.
The delivery time of the selected carrier must be added to the production time. The provider is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
6. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, the consumer generally has the right under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies to standard products from the catalog.
Important exception: under ZVPot-1, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for goods made to the consumer’s precise instructions and personal requirements (so-called custom-made goods). Products printed to order based on a model or specifications provided by the customer (custom printing) are made specifically for that customer and according to their instructions, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. This does not affect the customer’s rights in respect of material defects (warranty claims).
7. Material defects and complaints
The provider is liable for material defects of the product in accordance with the provisions of ZVPot-1. A defect is material if the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use, does not correspond to the description or sample, or does not have the agreed properties.
A customer who is a consumer must notify the provider of a material defect within the statutory period from the day the defect was discovered and describe the defect in more detail in the notification. Complaints can be submitted by email to anze.peko@gmail.com or by post to the company’s registered address.
If the complaint is justified, the customer has the right to request that the defect be remedied, a partial refund of the payment, a replacement product or a full refund, in accordance with ZVPot-1. For custom-made products, the customer should note that minor deviations characteristic of 3D printing technology (e.g. visible layer lines, minimal color deviations, permitted dimensional tolerances) do not constitute a material defect.
8. Responsibility for uploaded files and content
The customer warrants that they hold the appropriate rights (copyright, industrial property and other rights) to the models and files they upload for production, and that producing the ordered items does not infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law. The provider may refuse to produce items that are illegal, objectionable or infringe the rights of third parties.
9. Dispute resolution
The parties will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in the Republic of Slovenia, and Slovenian law applies. Information on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes can be found on the Legal Notice page.
10. Validity of these terms
The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The terms in force at the time the order is placed apply to each individual order.
