EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform
The European Commission has established a platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (ODR – Online Dispute Resolution), which is available to consumers at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The platform is intended for resolving disputes arising from online purchases between consumers and traders.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between the provider and the buyer is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in the Republic of Slovenia.
