Shipping and Returns

This page describes the delivery terms for orders as well as the conditions and procedure for returning goods and filing complaints. The operator of the Plast3D online shop is ADITUM, trgovsko, proizvodno in storitveno podjetje, d.o.o., Puštal 132, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia.

1. Delivery

We deliver orders within Slovenia and to European Union countries via a selected delivery service.

  • Delivery area: Slovenia (SI) and the European Union (EU).
  • Delivery costs: the delivery cost is shown to the customer before the order is placed and depends on the delivery area and on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. [OPEN: cenik dostave po conah potrdi lastnik.]
  • Delivery times: orders are usually produced and dispatched within 2–5 working days of order confirmation or receipt of payment. The delivery time of the selected delivery service, which depends on the destination, must be added to this.

The provider is not liable for delays on the part of the delivery service or for delays caused by force majeure. If a longer production time is expected, we will inform the customer in advance.

2. Returns of standard products (14-day right of withdrawal)

For standard catalogue products purchased at a distance, the consumer has the right, in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1; Slovenian law applies), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Withdrawal procedure:

  1. Within 14 days, the consumer notifies the provider of the withdrawal by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail to anze.peko@gmail.com).
  2. The goods must be returned undamaged, as a rule in the original packaging, no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.
  3. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. The provider refunds the payments received no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal; the refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if the diminished value results from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Made-to-order products (custom prints) – exception to the right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products printed to order on the basis of a model or specifications provided by the customer. In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the consumer has no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s precise instructions and personal requirements (custom-made goods). Such products are made specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

This exception does not affect the customer’s rights in respect of material defects, as described below.

4. Complaints and material defects

If a product is damaged, incomplete or has a material defect upon receipt, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), regardless of whether it is a standard product or a made-to-order product.

Complaint procedure:

  1. The customer notifies the provider of the defect at anze.peko@gmail.com or by post to the address of the company’s registered office.
  2. In the notification, the customer describes the defect in more detail (we recommend attaching photographs) and states the order number.
  3. The provider reviews the complaint and informs the customer of the resolution.

If the complaint is justified, the customer has the right to request that the defect be remedied, the product replaced, the purchase price reduced or the payment refunded, in accordance with the law. For made-to-order products, the technological characteristics of 3D printing (visible layers, permitted dimensional tolerances, minor colour variations) are taken into account and do not in themselves constitute a material defect.

5. Damage in transit

If a shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, we recommend that the customer records the damage with the delivery service and informs us as soon as possible so that we can initiate the appropriate procedure.
