Frequently Asked Questions
Below you will find answers to the most common questions about ordering, materials, turnaround times and delivery. If you can’t find the answer you need, email us at anze.peko@gmail.com.
1. Which file formats do you accept?
We accept models in STL, 3MF and STEP formats. Simply upload your file via the online form and the system will calculate the price for you.
2. Which materials do you offer?
As standard, we print in PLA, PETG, ASA and TPU. For more demanding engineering projects, we also offer technical materials on request, such as PC and carbon-fibre-reinforced PA-CF.
3. How quickly will my order be produced?
The typical production and dispatch time is 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the model, the chosen material and the size of the order. For larger batches, the lead time is agreed in advance.
4. How is the price determined?
The price is calculated automatically based on your model – it takes into account size, material usage and print time. You see the price immediately after uploading your file, before you place your order. The chosen material also affects the final price.
5. Do you deliver to other EU countries?
Yes. In addition to Slovenia, we also ship our products to other European Union countries. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination.
6. Can I order as a business and receive an invoice?
Of course. We operate under the company ADITUM d.o.o. and issue an invoice for every order. For business customers (B2B), we also offer custom quotes for larger projects.
7. What about VAT?
The company is registered for VAT (VAT ID: SI35755628). VAT is charged in accordance with applicable legislation and shown on the invoice. For customers with a valid EU VAT ID, reverse-charge rules apply where appropriate.
8. Do you offer custom products, or do you have a catalogue?
Our core service is custom 3D printing – we print your model. Customised and engineering projects are arranged individually; for such orders, please write to us with a description of your project.
9. What if I’m not satisfied with the product?
Every product is inspected before dispatch as part of our quality control. If you notice a manufacturing defect in the order you receive, contact us and together we will find a suitable solution (repair, reprint or another arrangement).
10. Do you also produce larger batches?
Yes. Our automated production line is designed to efficiently produce both single pieces and larger batches. For batch orders, send us your model, the quantity and your desired deadline, and we will prepare a custom quote for you.
What is the maximum print size?
The maximum size of a single piece is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger models can often be split into several parts – contact us to discuss the options.
